Return Policy

We at royalbloomarts.com wants our customers to have a hassle free Online shopping experience. Our comprehensive return policy is as follows:

  • If you have received a damaged shipment, or defective product, then royalbloomarts.com would replace the products at no extra cost.

Conditions for Return

  • It is mandatory to record opening / unboxing video of the parcel from beginning till end(without any cut or pause) within 24 hrs from delivery.
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging.
  • Products/Items must NOT BE used. Shipping / Courier and handling charges are non refundable (Applicable for all order). Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. 
  • Products must be returned along with all accessories and other items in the original packaging.
  • Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
  • In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund your money within 3-4 days on receipt of returned parcel.

Below cases do not qualify as defect:

  • Minor color or design variations. Such variations are a part of handcrafting and beyond control of our craftsmen.
  • Return can be done only if you receive in fully damaged condition or the product is completely different than what you have ordered.

Refunds

  • All refunds would be processed to the customer’s credit card / debit card / net banking / Cheque / cash accounts (as per channel the customer had made the payment) within a maximum of 15 working days from the date we receive the product(s) in our Warehouse.
  • Refunds will only be processed, on Receipt of Product(s) from you.

Cancellations Policy

  • We do not take cancellation request once booking is done on the website.
